This website and the Portfolio Thinking platform are operated by Portfolio Thinking Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16925208, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. By using the site or the platform you accept these terms.

Our services are provided to professional intermediaries and their firms. They are not intended for retail investors or members of the public, and nothing here is an offer or invitation to buy or sell any investment.

Portfolio Thinking Limited provides consultancy and technology services. We do not provide regulated financial advice, and nothing on this site or in the platform is a personal recommendation. Research, model portfolios, ratings and generated content are for information only and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before being relied on or shared with a client. Past performance is not a guide to future returns and the value of investments can fall as well as rise.

Platform access is licensed per named user. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for activity under your account, and for telling us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend access where these terms are breached or where we reasonably suspect misuse.

You keep ownership of the portfolios, documents and branding you upload. You grant us the licence needed to host and process that material in order to provide the service. You confirm that you have the right to upload it and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.

The site, the platform, and our research, methodologies and templates are owned by us or our licensors. You may use outputs for your firm's own client and committee purposes; you may not resell, redistribute or publish our research as a standalone product without written permission.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer it, or use it to produce unlawful, misleading or defamatory material.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and changes to features may affect availability from time to time.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for investment losses, loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
